Dotector Inline Vision Inspection System
| Original Solutions DOTector hurdles the
boundaries created by conventional PCB inspection systems by virtually
eliminating the need for
programming without sacrificing flexibility or
performance. DOTector’s novel N2
technology and closed loop system software communicates
with the imbedded signature, creating a truly unique inspection system, not
just an inspection machine. The system is
self calibrated and self taught
using the customer’s PC Board data and Gerber files.
Additional custom inspections are available by using DOTector’s "teach"
mode. DOTector’s special SPC software is capable of sharing information via
database with any repair station. Statistics can be easily broken down into
Pareto, runcharts of components and fault classes. Optional Software
with Microsoft Access 2000 database can show faults graphically allowing
fault classification and repair action recording. |
