The Company: InoSys is a privately held corporation begun originally, in 1988, as a business segment of Assurance Technologies, Inc., a Gage Manufacturer and Distributor of Quality Assurance Products. Both ATI and InoSys were formed by the current President of InoSys, Inc. The Resources: InoSys also has several strategic alliances that set it apart from most System’s Integrators. InoSys is an authorized Systems Integrator for Coreco Imaging,, PPT and IPD. InoSys is a Certified Vision Integrator ( CVM ) for Cognex / DVT. Contractual retainers with two custom software development companies and two automation houses create an abundance of readily available, cost effective, high quality, custom automation and software products. Our network of affiliate companies sells and services highly technical PC based Quality Assurance products such as Coordinate Measuring Machines, Video Microscopes, and Video and Optical Comparators, SPC data collection systems, throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. This network provides InoSys a local sales and service presence few other System’s Integrators can offer. Most of InoSys’ systems incorporate Remote Control software so that future software updates and final system "tuning" can be accomplished from our local office via modem and PC. This greatly reduces the need for on site travel and the related expense. InoSys is an active member of the American Measuring Tool Manufacturer’s association (AMTMA). This industry group of over 60 prestigious companies including Brown and Sharp, Mitutoyo, Fowler, Size Control, Mahr, Acu-Gage, and Chicago Dial Indicator, work to create standardized procedures, calibrations, processes, and standards within the measurement community. InoSys is on the Standards and ISO 9000 committees of the AMTMA. Reliability and Testing: All InoSys products are fully tested and burned in for a minimum of 72 hours. All InoSys systems are built with name brand components, and all computer components are Novel approved and tested in our laboratory prior to shipment. Industrial grade chassis with shock mounts, high speed multiple cooling fans and rack mount equipment are of the highest quality. InoSys can provide a free standing NEMA 12 steel enclosure for its PC components and power supplies. |
